iOS (App Store)
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Select Avelia.
- View, change plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.
Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Avelia.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
Restore purchases
On a new device, sign in to Avelia with the same account, then open Settings → Restore Purchases.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google directly. On iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play's subscription settings to request a refund.
