Is Avelia free?
Yes — Avelia is free to download. The optional Bloom membership unlocks the full experience whenever you're ready.
How do I cancel or manage my Bloom subscription?
Bloom is billed through the Apple App Store. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Avelia.
I changed device — how do I restore my Bloom?
Open Avelia → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I link or unlink a partner?
In Avelia → Partner, create a private invite code to share, or enter one you've received. You can change what's shared, pause, or revoke the connection at any time.
How do I delete my account and data?
In Avelia → Settings → Delete Account, or email contact@myavelia.app from your registered address. Your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Where is my data stored?
Securely on Supabase, encrypted, tied to your account, and never sold. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Account help
- • Update your profile — open Avelia → Settings → Profile.
- • Reset password — on the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password".
- • Recover your account — email contact@myavelia.app from your registered address.
- • Sign in with Apple — make sure "Hide my email" is allowed in your Apple ID settings.
Bloom subscription & restore purchases
- • Bloom is billed through the Apple App Store, on your Apple ID.
- • Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Avelia.
- • Tap "Restore Purchases" in Avelia → Settings → Subscription to recover Bloom on a new device.
- • Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
