How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed via the App Store or Google Play and can be cancelled in a tap.

Account issues
- • Update your profile — open Avelia → Settings → Profile.
- • Reset password — on the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password".
- • Recover your account — email support@myavelia.app from your registered address.
- • Sign in with Apple help — make sure "Hide my email" is allowed in your Apple ID.
Subscription issues
- • Billing runs through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- • Manage or cancel anytime in your store's subscription settings.
- • Tap "Restore Purchases" in Avelia → Settings to recover entitlements.
- • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly.
